Barncat was commissioned by Progressio Ireland to carry out a holistic strategic review of their operations in Ireland. This involved conducting a SWOT analysis of the organisation, convening and facilitating a 'think-in' by the board of Progressio Ireland, participating in a similar event by sister organisation Progressio UK, and developing a report outlining a series of scenarios for the future development of Progressio Ireland.
