Trócaire engaged Barncat to assist them in designing a policy on engagement with the corporate sector. Barncat carried out an internal scoping, interviewing senior management and field staff, followed by an external consultation with a variety of other NGOs. Barncat then prepared a draft outline, establishing parameters and procedures for engagement with the corporate sector, and Hannah led a facilitated session with Trócaire's executive leadership team to explore the issues and agree a final version.
